The method
Head, heart, hands ― activation that actually sticks.
Facts alone rarely change behaviour. Our workshops connect knowledge, emotion and action in one seamless experience, drawing on collective intelligence so that every group writes its own path forward.
🧠
HEAD • LOGICAL
Understand
Hands-on card games translate peer-reviewed science into a system people can see, debate and grasp together — no jargon, no overwhelm.
❤️️
HEART • EMOTIONAL
Connect
We make space for what the findings stir up. Shared emotion becomes the driver that turns insight into genuine commitment.

HANDS • ACTION
Act
Groups brainstorm and prioritise high-impact actions, tailored to your context and linked to your sustainability plan. Every session closes with a clear call to action.
Services • Workshops
Six ways to activate your stakeholders.
Each format is interactive, psychologically safe and grounded in the reports of recognised scientific and institutional bodies. As a certified facilitator I guide your group through the full journey.

The globally recognised workshop that builds shared climate literacy and sparks conversation about real solutions.
A collaborative card game walks participants through the cause-and-effect chains of the climate system, drawn directly from the IPCC reports. The group then reflects on what they've learned and finishes by identifying high-impact actions at individual and collective level.
Your team leaves with
- A clear grasp of how the climate system works
- A stronger sense of why it matters
- Concrete, prioritised actions to take
Reach
Delivered in 150+ countries, 50+ languages, by 100,000+ facilitators to 2.35M+ participants.

Discover how ecosystems work, why biodiversity matters to us, and what threatens it — then build a plan to act.
Built on the same collaborative structure as the Climate Fresk, the group works through a five-chapter story of the relationship between humans, ecosystem services and nature loss, then connects it to its own context and co-develops an action plan.
Your team leaves with
- A shared understanding of the value of biodiversity
- Insight into the drivers of ecosystem erosion
- Solutions you can realistically implement

Explore the limits of our take-make-waste system and the levers of a circular economy — in a fun, interactive way.
Chapter one dives into the problems of the linear economy. Chapter two explores the theory and practice of circularity using the value hill alongside inspiring case studies, before the group discusses how to apply the ideas in its own setting.
Your team leaves with
- New concepts and circular strategies
- Awareness of common pitfalls and traps
- Practical ideas to start circularising

Raise awareness of the environmental footprint of digital technology — and what a more sustainable digital looks like.
In small teams, participants link the cards of the game to build a collage, personalise it to their context, debrief together, and close with a solutions exercise on building a more sustainable digital world.
Your team leaves with
- A shared understanding of digital sustainability
- Clarity on the problems and threats
- Solutions you can implement

Equip your team to understand climate risk and co-design strategic, practical adaptation responses.

Your team leaves with
- Tools to assess risk exposure and vulnerability
- A framework to evaluate options and spot maladaptation
- Shared language and momentum to move from concern to action

Services • Consulting & training
Beyond the workshops.
Workshops are often the starting point. Beyond them, I offer consulting and training that build on the same activation ― and take it further, into lasting change across your organisation.
Communication
Credible communication of your sustainability work ― so genuine progress is recognised and unfounded claims never put your reputation at risk.
Digital Storytelling
A short, first-person narrative told through images, sound, music and text. A hands-on course where participants live the storytelling experience themselves.
LEGO® Serious Play®
A facilitated technique for thinking, communication and problem-solving ― built on the idea that building with your hands unlocks insight.
About
A changemaker who connects two worlds.
